|5 gms||Fresh Oregano Chopped|
|15 ml||Balsamic Vinegar|
|to taste||Crushed Black Pepper|
|10 ml||Olive Oil|
Method of Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them thick.
- Take a pan and heat it. Add the olive oil followed by garlic and oregano.
- Add in the mushrooms toss very quickly.
- Add the balsamic vinegar at this stage and Sautee.
- Finish by tossing in some butter, salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and garnish with some chopped chives or parsley.
