Sautee Mushroom

Ingredients Checklist

200 gms Button Mushroom
15 gms Garlic
5 gms Fresh Oregano Chopped
25 gms Butter
15 ml Balsamic Vinegar
to taste Salt
to taste Crushed Black Pepper
10 ml Olive Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thick.
  2. Take a pan and heat it. Add the olive oil followed by garlic and oregano.
  3. Add in the mushrooms toss very quickly.
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar at this stage and Sautee.
  5. Finish by tossing in some butter, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with some chopped chives or parsley.
