Quick Potato Tikkis

Ingredients Checklist

2 Medium sized grated potatoes
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 Chopped green chilies
1 tsp Hing
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1 - 2 tbsp Besan
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, mix the grated potatoes, coriander leaves, cumin powder, green chilies, hing chilly powder, besan and salt in a bowl.
  2. Then divide the mix in equal proportion and make flat patties with your palms and deep fry in Dalda® Oil.
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
