Quick Potato Tikkis
|2||Medium sized grated potatoes|
|Freshly chopped coriander leaves|
|1 tsp||Cumin powder|
|2||Chopped green chilies|
|1/2 tsp||Red chilly powder|
|1 - 2 tbsp||Besan|
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, mix the grated potatoes, coriander leaves, cumin powder, green chilies, hing chilly powder, besan and salt in a bowl.
- Then divide the mix in equal proportion and make flat patties with your palms and deep fry in Dalda® Oil.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
