Pork and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients Checklist

Pork Strips
50 gms Oil
50 gms Ginger
25 gms Garlic
25 gms Onions
5 gms Button mushroom
10 gms Portobello mushroom
5 gms Fresh coriander
25 gms Bok Choy
To Taste Salt
15 ml Lime juice
50 ml Olive Oil
50 ml Oyster sauce

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat a wok, add oil and stir fry the pork strip in it till brown.
  2. Remove the pork and add some more oil, stir fry on a high flame, ginger, garlic and onion.
  3. Then add in the mushroom and cook till brown or just soft.
  4. Stir in the cooked pork, bok choy, oyster sauce and some water.
  5. Cook till the bok choy is tender for about a minute.
  6. Serve hot in a bowl, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with rice.
