Pineapple Coconut Chicken

Ingredients Checklist

500 gms Chicken fingers
1 cup Coconut cream
200 ml Pineapple juice
2 tsp White pepper
2 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Paprika
1 cup Dry coconut powder
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, marinate the chicken in coconut, pineapple juice, salt, pepper.
  2. Then in another bowl add flour, eggs and mix well.
  3. Dip the Chicken fingers in the flour and egg mix, then in the dry coconut and deep fry in Dalda® oil until they are golden brown in color.
