Pickled Mushrooms

Ingredients Checklist

150 gms Mushrooms
10 gms Parsley
15 ml White wine vinegar
To taste Salt
2 gms Black Pepper
10 ml Olive oil
5 gms Olives
2 gms Sugar
3 gms Jalapeno
10 gms Red pepper

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the mushroom. Destalk them.
  2. Cut in 2 pieces.
  3. Marinate the mushroom in vinegar, sugar for 10 mins.
  4. In a pan add the oil, to this add the mushroom, olives and the jalapeno.
  5. saute for 2 mins till mushroom cooks, to this add a dash of the white wine vinegar, parsley.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper and garnish with the finely chopped red peppers.
