Oat Lollypops
Ingredients Checklist
1/4 cup | Roasted oats |
1/2 cup | Jaggery |
1/4 cup | Lightly roasted and finely chopped mixed nuts like pistachios, almond and walnuts |
1 tbsp | Lightly roasted sesame seeds |
Dalda® Oil |
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, heat 1 tsp of Dalda® Oil in a pan and add the Jaggery and cook on a slow flame till the Jaggery melts and stir continuously.
- Remove from the flame and then add the oats, nuts and mix well.
- Keep aside to cool and divide into equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball by and insert a small disposable stick in the center.
