|1/2 cup||Boiled sweet corn|
|2||Finely chopped spring onions|
|1/2 cup||Grated processed cheese|
|1 cup||Bread crumbs|
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, mix the noodles, sweet corn, spring onions, cheese, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs and salt.
- Divide this mix and shape into flat cutlets and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Then heat Dalda® oil in a griddle and cook until the cutlets are golden brown and crisp from both the sides.
- Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
