Mint Cutlets

Ingredients Checklist

1/4 cup Finely chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp Boiled and mashed whole red lentils
2 tbsp Grated paneer
Bread crumbs
1 tbsp Green chilly paste
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, take the mashed boiled red lentils, mint leaves, paneer, bread crumbs, green chilly paste in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then divide equal portions of the mix and shape them into cutlets.
  3. Finally, deep-fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crispy.
