|1/4 cup||Finely chopped mint leaves|
|2 tbsp||Boiled and mashed whole red lentils|
|2 tbsp||Grated paneer|
|1 tbsp||Green chilly paste|
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, take the mashed boiled red lentils, mint leaves, paneer, bread crumbs, green chilly paste in a bowl and mix well.
- Then divide equal portions of the mix and shape them into cutlets.
- Finally, deep-fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crispy.
