Masaledar Potato Wedges

Ingredients Checklist

150 gm Potato
5 gms Chilli Flakes
15 gms Corainder Leaves
5 gms Cumin Powder
5 gms Coriander Powder
15 gms Chat Masala
10 gms Green Chilli
60 ml Mustard Oil
15 gms Red Pepper
15 gms Green Pepper
15 gms Yellow Pepper
15 gms White Onions
To taste Salt
250 ml Sunflower Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut the potato in wedges leaving the skin on.
  2. Heat oil and fry to potato wedges with crisp, golden and cooked - drain and keep aside.
  3. Mix the chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli and keep aside.
  4. Slice the pepper and the white onions.
  5. In a pan add the mustard oil, add the cumin powder, coriander powder, peppers and white onions and saute.
  6. Add the potato wedges and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from flame and toss this potato mixture with chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leave.
