Jackfruit Cutlets

Ingredients Checklist

1-1/2 cup boiled jackfruit
1 cup fried potato cubes
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup corn flour
1 cup bread crumbs
to taste salt

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, mix the potato cubes, jackfruit and mash them well.
  2. Then in Dalda® oil, saute onions, green chilies, and ginger and add the potato cubes and jackfruit to it and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala and salt and cook for another two minutes and then allow it to cool.
  4. Then make Cutlets and dip them in a paste of water and corn flour and roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry in Dalda® oil until they turn golden and crispy from both the sides.
