Ingredients Checklist

10pcs Anjeer (dry figs)
750 ml Full fat milk
2 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Saffron
¼ tsp (optional) Cardamom powder
1nos (peeled, cored & chopped) Apple
10 to 12 pieces (cut into 2 to 3 pieces each) Grapes
1nos (peeled and deseeded) Custard apple

Method of Preparation

  1. Cook the full fat milk in a heavy bottomed pan (stirring occasionally)for 25 to 30 minutes and reduce to half.
  2. Add the sugar, saffron and the cardamom powder and let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. Refrigerate it for a few hours. Add the prepared fruit just before service.
