|1 cup||finely crushed corn flakes|
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, parboil the potato finger chips in salt water and keep aside.
- Then make a batter by mixing flour, corn flour, salt and water.
- Then dip the potato fingers in this batter and roll into the cornflakes.
- Finally, deep fry in Dalda® oil until the Potato finger chips are golden brown.
- Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
