Crusty Potato

Ingredients Checklist

2 Potatoes cut into finger chips
1 cup finely crushed corn flakes
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp cornflour
to taste salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, parboil the potato finger chips in salt water and keep aside.
  2. Then make a batter by mixing flour, corn flour, salt and water.
  3. Then dip the potato fingers in this batter and roll into the cornflakes.
  4. Finally, deep fry in Dalda® oil until the Potato finger chips are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
