Crispy Semolina

Ingredients Checklist

1 cup Sooji
2 beaten eggs
3 tbsp sugar
a pinch cardamom powder
to taste salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, in a bowl mix the eggs, cardamom, sugar, salt and the semolina and mix well to form a thick batter.
  2. With the help of a spoon, drop a little batter into hot Dalda® oil in a wok and deep fry until golden in color.
  3. When ready, serve hot.
