Corn & Potato Fritters

Ingredients Checklist

1 cup grated potatoes
1/2 cups grated onions
1/2 cup sweet corn
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1/4 cup wheat flour
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, in a bowl add the Sweet corn, Onions, Chilly sauce, wheat flour and salt.
  2. Then dip potatoes in this mix and deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
