Copper Chicken

Ingredients Checklist

150 gms Diced boneless chicken
2 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soya sauce
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, marinate the chicken in vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
  2. Then coat the chicken pieces with cornflour and deep fry in Dalda® Oil until golden in colour.
  3. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
