Chilli Prawns

Ingredients Checklist

400 gms Prawns


2.5 gms Turmeric powder
2.5 gms Yellow chilli powder
2.5 gms Cumin powder
5 ml Lemon juice
2 gms Ajwain powder
5 gms Garam masala powder
2.5 gms Fenugreek powder
2 gms Red chilli powder
10 gms Oil
15 ml Water
2 gms Chaat masala
to taste Salt
30 gms Butter

Method of Preparation

  1. Slit and devein the prawns. Wash and pat dr
  2. Marinate the prawns in turmeric powder, red & yellow chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, ajwain, fenugreek powde
  3. Leave for 15 min
  4. In a pan heat the butter and add the marinated prawns, add the water. Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 mins till don
  5. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.
