Chicken Vada

Ingredients Checklist

500 gms Minced chicken
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
6 Finely chopped green chilies
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, mix the chicken, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt and divide the mix into equal proportions.
  2. Then deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
