Cheese Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients Checklist

20 pcs Fresh mushrooms (medium sized)
to Blanch Water
To Taste Salt
100 gms Cheddar cheese
1 pc Green chili
2 tsp Fresh coriander
2 to 3 pcs (chopped) Pickles
2 Bread Crumbs
to fry Oil
100 gms Flour

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the dirt off thee mushrooms. Wash in cold water. Remove the stems.
  2. In a pot of hot water, add salt. Add the mushrooms and put them in the water for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and put them in cold water.
  3. Grate the cheese. Add the chili, pickles and the coriander. Mix well. Fill up the cavity made by removing the stems. In a pan make a solution with four, water and salt. Dip the stuffed mushrooms in the liquid and crumb them.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
