|1/2 cup||maize flour|
|1/2 tsp||chaat masala|
|1/4 tsp||chilly powder|
|1 tsp||powdered sugar|
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, mix the maize flour, plain flour, ½ tbsp Dalda® oil and salt in a bowl and knead into soft dough adding 4 tbsp of warm water keep kneading using oil till smooth and elastic.
- Now make thick strips with the dough and form rings.
- Heat Dalda® oil and deep fry until golden brown in color.
- Sprinkle Chilly Powder, chaat masala, salt and serve hot.
