Chargrilled Rawas with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients Checklist

250 gms Rawas Fillet
25 ml Oil
15 gms Garlic
10 ml Lime Juice
to taste Black pepper
to taste Salt

Chilli Garlic Sauce

10 gms Fresh Red Chilli
10 gms Garlic
100 gms Butter
to taste Salt
50 ml Cream

Stir Fried vegetbales

50 gms Bell Pepper
25 gms Zucchini
10 gms Spring Onion
10 gms Onion
30 ml Olive oil
50 gms Mushroom
To taste Salt
to taste Black pepper

Method of Preparation

  1. Marinate the rawas with the above ingredients.
  2. Grill it on a chargrill, let it cook.
  3. In the meanwhile, stir fry the vegetables in a pan and adjust seasonings.
  4. Make the sauce in another pan.
  5. Saute garlic and chilli first, to this add lime juice and butter. Emulsify by adding cream to the same. Finish by adding parsley.
  6. Plate the fish on a bed of vegetables and top[ it with the sauce and serve with lemon wedge.
