Butter Pepper Chicken
Method of Preparation
- To begin with, marinate the chicken in curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, 1tbsp pepper powder for 1/2 hr.
- Then in a pan, add Dalda® Oil and put the remaining pepper powder and add the marinated chicken, mix well and cove the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame until light brown in colour.
- Serve hot with Green Chutney.
