Broccoli Fritters with Citrus Mayo

Ingredients Checklist

300gms Broccoli florets
To Taste Salt
to blanch Water
As per approximation Flour and water solution
1 Bread crumbs
1 tbs Red chili powder
To Taste Chaat masala
100 ml Mayonnaise (veg)
1 lemon Zest
A sprinkle Sugar
A wedge Lemon juice

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut the broccoli florets. Heat up the water, add the salt. And add the florets for a couple of minutes. Put it in cold water so it doesn’t discolor.
  2. Dip it in the flour water solution.
  3. Dip it in the crumb and deep fry it. Sprinkle the red chili pdr and chat masala.
  4. Mix the mayo and other ingredients. Serve hot.
